OTHER WAYS TO donate
For more information about donating a bench, making a corporate matching gift, or joining the Labyrinth Legacy Society, please contact Jennifer Hemmerlein, Executive Director, at jennifer@mtarboretum.org or 518-589-3903 x103.
Memorial Benches
Funding a commemorative bench at the Mountain Top Arboretum is a meaningful way to recognize a special person or occasion while giving our visitors a perfect spot to sit and reflect.
With a tax-deductible donation of $5,000, donors may dedicate their own bench, complete with an engraved plaque with the words chosen by the donor. Benches are available for placement in numerous approved sites throughout the Arboretum. With regular, ongoing maintenance, the life expectancy of our benches is ten years. If the bench is damaged or needs to be replaced before the ten years is up, Mountain Top Arboretum will repair and/or replace the bench at no cost to the donor. After ten years, donors are welcome to purchase a new bench with engraved plaque.
CORPORATE MATCHING GIFTS
Many employers will match tax-deductible charitable contributions made by their employees, retirees and employees’ spouses. This is a wonderful way to double the impact of your gift.
