The Labyrinth Legacy Society honors donors who have chosen to support Mountain Top Arboretum through a planned gift. As a Labyrinth Legacy Society member, you will enjoy the following benefits:
· Invitations to special Arboretum Events held especially for our donors.
· Recognition in a special section of our annual report.
· Satisfaction of being a part of the Arboretum and supporting its mission.
To become a member of the Labyrinth Legacy Society, please identify the form of the bequest you are making to the Arboretum, whether through your will or estate plan or trust arrangements. It is not necessary at this time to identify the specific amount or the conditions of this bequest. Such bequests are changeable or terminable in accordance with the terms you establish. If you are considering restricting your gift, we would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your ideas and the language you plan to use before you finalize the gift to ensure your aims are realized. It is important to give your attorney our full name and address, as well as specifying that the gift is to go to the distinct mission of the Arboretum.
Joining the Labyrinth Legacy Society and providing a bequest to Mountain Top Arboretum is a meaningful way to ensure that our horticultural and educational mission will continue to grow and thrive. It also demonstrates your confidence in our capacity to carry out this mission over the long term.
